Terms and Conditions
A non-refundable $100 reservation deposit is required at the time of Winter season confirmations. Payment of the full remaining balance due is required 30 days in advance of your arrival date. Failure to timely make full payment due on reservations will result in forfeiture of the deposit and cancelation of the reservation. Your reservation will not be considered confirmed until you submit an email to the Village Inn with your written approval of the reservation details and your acceptance of these terms and conditions.
All deposits and payments on reservations are non-refundable. Please consider vacation travel insurance to provide coverage in case of unforeseen changes in your plans. There are no refunds made for any reason, including early departures, adverse weather, ski area closures or low snow levels. If you can not accept the wide variety of conditions that may prevail during your stay, please wait to request and pay for your reservation until the conditions are more certain and will meet your expectations.
Check in time is after 4:00 PM and check out is before 11:00 AM. An early check-in or late check-out may be available for a fee if requested, scheduled and paid in advance.
Pool hours vary by season. Typically, the hot pool is open from 4:00pm until 9:00pm nightly and until 10:00pm on Friday and Saturday nights. Please help us manage the Pool hours by promptly exiting the Pool area prior to our closing time.
The Village Inn is a Non-Smoking facility. This includes all unit interiors and common areas such as balconies, decks, hallways, pool, BBQ and office entry areas. Please do not smoke within 50 feet of any building. Violations of this policy are subject to a Smoke Cleaning Fee of $250 charged to your security deposit and/or eviction from the Village Inn premises.
Rentals are only approved for Adults (18 and older) and require a valid photo ID and credit card on deposit at time of check-in. A $500 credit card security deposit authorization is required upon check in and is released only upon satisfactory inspection of the Unit. Damage and items removed from the Unit will be charged against the security deposit on file. Debit cards are not accepted.
The Village Inn units are all privately owned. Please leave the condo as you found it. Do not remove items from the condo. We are not a hotel and do not provide maid service during your stay. The cleaning fee only covers sanitation and replacement of linens prior to check in. Please remove all garbage and wash/dry all dishes prior to checkout. There is an additional $25 fee for dirty dishes and garbage left in the condo and any items removed/missing from the unit will be charged to the security deposit on file.
Occupancy may not exceed the posted maximum for each unit. Maximum occupancy includes infants and children. Children using the pool must be accompanied by an adult.
No pets! Rental guests are not allowed to bring pets onto the Village Inn premises. This includes parking lots, balconies, decks, hallways, and office entry areas. Please do not book your stay at the Village Inn if you will be traveling with a pet. We are happy to refer guests to fun and pet-friendly lodging options nearby. Violations of this policy are subject to a Pet Fee of $250 on your account and/or eviction from the Village Inn premises.
